Drs. Ming-Wei Wang and Xiao Xu visit Einstein Chair Professor Peter Vogt in La Jolla (U.S.A.)
In the afternoon of June 17, 2016, Professor Ming-Wei Wang, Dean, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University and Director of the National Center for Drug Screening/Chinese National Compound Library, and Dr. Xiao Xu, Board Member of Fudan School of Pharmacy and President of Acea Biosciences, Inc., paid a special visit to the Scripps Research Institute located in La Jolla, California, U.S.A. On behalf of Fudan School of Pharmacy, Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the National Center for Drug Screening, Professor Wang conveyed the highest respect to Dr. Peter K. Vogt, Member of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences and Einstein Chair Professor of CAS, who is recovering from a major surgery performed in May, 2016. Drs. Wang and Xu congratulated him for his rapid return to his research routine.
